About the role
The Staffing Guild, an HR consulting firm active in the UK and India, is looking for a passionate HR Intern. The internship is a learning opportunity aimed at people who want to become freelance recruiters, working with the global Talent Community on recruitment and headhunting. It lasts 6 months, requires 6-10 hours per week, and carries no stipend.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
- Post and manage job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Take part in other HR-related projects and tasks as assigned by the team.
Required profile
- Interest or exposure to HR, recruitment and learning and development.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several recruitment processes at once.
- A learning mindset.
