HR Lead – Morocco & Switzerland

About the role

As the HR Lead for Morocco and Switzerland, you will own the full people agenda across both markets while contributing to global talent and performance initiatives. This hands‑on position combines day‑to‑day HR operations with strategic support for managers and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR leader for Morocco and Switzerland, overseeing workforce planning, organizational changes, employee engagement and people strategy.
• Own or supervise monthly payroll preparation and validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee administration, including contracts, amendments, benefits and HRIS data quality.
• Execute core HR processes such as onboarding, lifecycle changes and exits with timeliness and precision.
• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on routine HR matters.
• Strengthen governance, process consistency and operational reliability across HR delivery.
• Support the transition of transactional activities to Shared Services, defining ownership and service‑level agreements.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
• Handle employee‑relations cases, ensure compliance with local legislation, and support disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
• Contribute to global talent practices and performance initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR operations in multiple countries, preferably Morocco and Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and payroll processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to coach managers on HR matters.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to turn HR data into strategic recommendations.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills for the covered markets are a plus.
