HR & Recruiting Intern (Remote)

About the role

Spateof is seeking a full‑time, remote HR & Recruiting Intern to support its end‑to‑end hiring process. You will work closely with the HR team and cross‑functional partners to ensure a smooth candidate experience, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various platforms and manage listings.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update hiring managers on progress.
• Assist with onboarding logistics, prepare documentation, and support orientation activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve recruiting workflows and automation.
