HR & Recruiting Intern (Remote)

About the role

Join Refram as a remote HR & Recruiting Intern, supporting the full hiring cycle from posting jobs to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with the HR team and cross‑functional partners to improve recruitment workflows and deliver a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen applications, and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records, update the ATS, and keep management informed of recruitment progress.
• Assist with onboarding logistics, prepare documentation, and support orientation activities for new hires.
• Collaborate with other teams to design interview questionnaires, assessments, and training materials using AI tools.

Required profile

• Neat, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Sociable, extroverted, and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑disciplined, reliable, and able to work consistently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Notion, Airtable, or similar low‑code tools, including automation features.
• Power‑user of AI tools for creating interviews, questionnaires, and recruitment assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
