Join Hilton’s Hotels team as the Director of Human Resources and lead the HR function to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with hotel business objectives while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract top talent and control labor costs.
• Manage training programs, performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and labor contract compliance.
• Establish and enforce HR policies, wage and benefit administration, and workplace safety regulations.
• Develop and manage the HR budget to support hotel operations efficiently.
• Drive engagement, recruitment, retention, performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
