HR Specialist – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract (Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Morocco team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will support the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local labour legislation, and contribute to HR projects that drive performance and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, guaranteeing compliance with company policies and Moroccan labour law.
• Support HR initiatives such as performance‑management cycles, training programmes, and employee‑engagement activities.
• Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and preparation of new‑hire documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data and propose improvements.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour law and HR best practices.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
