HR Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Training Specialist to drive the delivery of training services across the organization. The role will manage induction programmes, develop and conduct training curricula, and ensure data quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training services according to departmental and yearly operational plans.
• Plan, organise, and monitor induction trainings, including logistics, execution, data collection, evaluation and reporting.
• Support regular and needs‑based training needs analysis and design suitable programmes.
• Develop, set up and conduct trainings, including curriculum definition, content creation, delivery and follow‑up.
• Provide advice and subject‑matter expertise on training to HR colleagues and business units.
• Ensure adherence to global policies, processes, tools and frameworks.
• Maintain accurate and compliant training data, performing regular data cleansing as required.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses, reports and presentations.
• Support and lead global and local training initiatives, roll‑outs and projects.
• Continuously improve training processes and tools, implementing innovative best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources or related field.
• Relevant working experience in HR training or learning & development.
• Fluent spoken and written French.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
