Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist

About the role

Join Sika's Africa HR team to drive the digital transformation of HR across 15 African countries. The HRIS Specialist will ensure HR systems excellence, support compensation & benefits processes, and provide analytics for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and continuously improve HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Workday) across the Africa area.
• Coordinate testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and system integrations.
• Support compensation & benefits administration, salary benchmarking, incentive plans and related reporting.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, monitor data trends and produce reports for leadership.
• Provide guidance, training and support to HR teams, promote adoption of digital solutions and act as liaison between local and global HRIS teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in HRIS administration, implementation or support in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically diverse region.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Workday (or similar HR platforms).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• HR data analytics and dashboard creation.
