Human Resources Intern

About the role

Yakeey, a fast‑growing real‑estate startup in Morocco, is looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Intern to support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This position provides hands‑on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, within an innovative and agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with HR administrative tasks and maintain HR databases/CRM.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Help with recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow‑up.
• Organise internal events, trainings, and team activities.
• Track attendance, leaves, and absences, and contribute to HR reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, proper organization, and confidentiality of employee information.
• Provide general support on HR projects and day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR administration and operational processes.
• Highly organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in French (required) and English (a plus).
• Respect for confidentiality and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using an HR CRM or similar administrative tools.
