Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will act as a strategic and operational HR lead across multiple African operations, supporting large‑scale client programs in a fast‑paced global services environment. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this individual will partner with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HRIS, Compliance and business leaders to build scalable HR frameworks that drive performance and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and standardize HR and talent management practices across regional sites.
• Lead workforce planning, talent lifecycle management and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Drive employee engagement and high‑performance culture through people‑centered strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to improve organizational effectiveness and readiness.
