Human Resources Specialist (Morocco & Iraq)

About the role

Join Colin's, a dynamic jean brand, as a Human Resources Specialist responsible for HR operations in Morocco and supporting activities in Iraq. You will ensure legal compliance, manage employee life‑cycle processes, and contribute to a safe and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law, including drafting employment contracts, renewals, payroll processing and CNSS declarations.
• Handle disciplinary procedures, maintain employee records, and manage legal documentation.
• Coordinate workplace accident reporting, liaise with insurance providers and authorities, and submit required legal declarations.
• Work with the occupational doctor to organise mandatory medical check‑ups, return‑to‑work evaluations and health‑safety adjustments.
• Monitor occupational health and safety compliance across all stores and the head office.
• Support HR operations in Iraq through coordination with local partners or external consultants.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, probation, and exit processes for the full employee life cycle.
• Assist in promotion processes, performance tracking, learning & development initiatives, employee engagement activities and performance appraisals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR legal procedures.
• Fluency in English and ability to work across Morocco and Iraq.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
