IL6S Engineer (Continuous Improvement Engineer)

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for an IL6S Engineer (Continuous Improvement Engineer) in Casablanca. The role supports the department's continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture, helping with data collection, tracking department KPI scorecards and promoting CI progress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training on CI tools and techniques and help departments follow the daily management system (DMS)
• Help teams collect or extract data to support CI activities and the DMS
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI scorecard gaps
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
• Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards

Required profile

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with CI and high-performance work systems
• Good facilitation and communication skills, logical and structured thinking, and strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Interest in digitalization and process improvement
• Ability to work effectively on the shop floor

Required skills

• Lean, TPM and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, RCA, Kaizen, CIL, CL and AM/PM
• Manual and automated data manipulation and validation
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI

No relocation support is available. The position is regular.
