Inbound Sales Development Representative (French/English)

About the role

Plutus21 Partners is looking for a bilingual (French/English) Inbound Sales Development Representative to qualify and nurture inbound leads. Working on Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, you will engage prospects, uncover their needs, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team, helping to grow the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with leads from website forms, email subscriptions, or events via phone, email or other channels.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand prospect challenges and match them with the company’s solution.
• Nurture leads through follow‑up interactions, addressing questions and educating them about the product.
• Qualify leads based on interest and criteria, determining readiness for a sales demo.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including interaction details and market intelligence.
• Book qualified discovery meetings and hand them off to the appropriate Business Development Executive.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Meet KPIs for response time, follow‑up attempts, conversion rates, monthly meeting bookings, and handoff quality.
• Cover lead follow‑up for Europe, requiring fluency in both English and French.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of successful sales development or lead processing experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work within EST business hours while supporting European prospects.
