Industrial Engineering Technician (Method Engineer)

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of power distribution and connectivity solutions for the automotive industry, is hiring a full-time Industrial Engineering Technician (Technicien Méthode) in Berrechid. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, analysing processes and supporting new products and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out and drive efficiency improvement activities.
• Ensure implementation of production efficiency monitoring systems such as KOSU, VSM and 5S.
• Analyse production processes using standard IE methods, detect time bottlenecks and MUDA, and implement measures to resolve them.
• Balance production processes according to time analysis and implement the results in the production area.
• Create and maintain industrial engineering manufacturing master data, including workstation documents, MES system data, capacity planning and ramp-up planning.
• Support the implementation of new products and technical changes, such as change management under CP2.2.2.
• Support the development of new production equipment and processes with Country and Production Management teams.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or higher.
• Study in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• French is mandatory.
