Industrialization Leader

About the role

The Industrialization Leader will drive the operational implementation and continuous improvement of industrial processes for embedded electronic components in automotive projects. Based in Rabat, you will act as the bridge between validation requirements and production constraints, ensuring vehicle operability after updates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and structure project inputs, diagnostic data, and technical information.
• Deploy and monitor software configurations and updates using SPARTE.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and validation tools.
• Reproduce, analyse, and document technical issues and defects.
• Support issue‑resolution activities in coordination with engineering teams.
• Identify electrical non‑conformities and verify vehicle functionality after updates.
• Report activity status and maintain project traceability.
• Participate in project meetings, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in automotive validation, embedded systems, software integration or vehicle modernization.
• Knowledge of power‑train systems (combustion, hybrid, electric) and ADAS architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Required skills

• SPARTE software configuration tool.
• Diagnostic tools: Diagalyser, IDVH, DOTI.
• Calibration and validation tools: INCA, CANalyzer.
• EE isolation testing and vehicle validation processes.
