Influencer Partnerships Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Partnerships Lead to own the end‑to‑end creator partnership process across selected niches. You will identify, engage, negotiate, and manage campaigns for both influencers and brands while helping to enhance our workflow with AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify relevant influencers and brands for targeted niches.
• Maintain a structured creator/brand database.
• Conduct outreach, follow‑ups, and collect rates, audience metrics, media kits, and campaign requirements.
• Negotiate rates and deliverables, close deals, and oversee campaigns from confirmation to launch and completion.
• Foster ongoing relationships with creators and brands for future collaborations.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent, and results‑driven.
• Good research and digital proficiency.
• Experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, or account management is a plus.
