Information Technology System Administrator

About the role

The Information Technology System Administrator will work on‑site in Casablanca, ensuring the day‑to‑day operation, monitoring and optimisation of Credit+’s servers, operating systems and core IT infrastructure. The role supports the fully digital lending platform by maintaining secure, reliable and high‑performance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and optimise servers, operating systems and core infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, backups and recovery procedures.
• Implement security policies, updates and oversee network devices (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches).
• Provide technical support for hardware, software and application issues.
• Document IT processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the technology environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong system administration experience with servers, OS, backup/recovery.
• Solid network administration skills (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches).
• Hands‑on troubleshooting in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
