About the role

Genius Center is looking for a Training Project Engineer to lead the design and delivery of innovative learning pathways. The role combines instructional engineering with end‑to‑end project management to accelerate technical and managerial skills.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse competency needs and create pedagogical frameworks, including face‑to‑face, blended and digital modules.
• Plan, budget, and monitor training projects from inception to delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
• Identify, select and coordinate expert trainers and mentors.
• Track learner satisfaction, completion rates and operational impact, adjusting content continuously.
• Stay abreast of sector trends and integrate new digital learning tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, project management, instructional design or equivalent.
• 1‑4 years of experience managing training projects, preferably in a technical or consulting environment.
• Strong organizational rigor and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication in French; professional English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ADDIE instructional design methodology.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with collaborative and digital project‑management tools.
