Ingénieur Test & Validation Sénior

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is seeking a Senior Test & Validation Engineer to join its automotive projects. You will work closely with customers to ensure that embedded systems meet functional and safety requirements, contributing to high‑quality vehicle software.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer requirements for testability, completeness and quality.
• Create and maintain test cases and scenarios that fully cover the specifications.
• Improve and correct the test plan to enhance overall test effectiveness.
• Present the updated test plan to the customer during quarterly technical review meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in embedded systems or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation and validation for software or systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive functionalities and safety standards (ISO26262).
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
• Excellent analytical and methodical thinking skills.
• Fluent English and French communication (C1 level).
