Inside Sales Associate (English Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who speaks fluent English. Working mainly by telephone, the role supports an account portfolio of valued customers to find and secure the right products or services for their needs, while offering strong customer service and product knowledge. The position is fully office-based, five days a week in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Quote Bills of Materials (BOM) and make sure registered pricing is reflected in all quotes
• Manage your own portfolio proactively, coordinating with internal corporate resource groups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify new sales opportunities by working with buyers and engineers to provide quotes, technical support and data sheets, and by placing purchase orders
• Maintain accounts by handling orders, tracking shipments, managing backlogs, expediting orders and troubleshooting
• Manage the portfolio through competition analysis, research and profiling, interacting with engineers, ADRs, FSRs and other Arrow resources in your territory
• Provide after-sales service by ensuring products arrive at the customer site on time

Required profile

• 2-year degree and 2-5 years of experience, or high school graduate with equivalent related experience
• Previous experience in inside sales or sales
• Fluent English is a must
• Able to identify problems and issues in straightforward situations, assess them using standard procedures and make sound decisions
