Inside Sales Associate (Italian Speaker) - Data Center

About the role

Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 500 global technology distributor, is hiring a Data Center Inside Sales Representative fluent in Italian in Casablanca. The role supports and develops business relationships with a portfolio of key Italian-speaking customers in the data center solutions space, managing the sales cycle from quote to delivery while working with suppliers, internal teams and field sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of data center customers through daily contact by phone and email.
• Prepare and process quotes, including complex server, storage and networking configurations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and align solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives, product specialists and supplier contacts to deliver value-added services.
• Track orders, manage backlogs, troubleshoot issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and report on account activity.
• Act as a point of contact for post-sales support and help resolve delivery or service concerns.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written Italian is mandatory.
• Basic to intermediate English is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in inside sales, sales support or customer service, preferably in IT/technology distribution.
• Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure, especially data center technologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Comfort with CRM systems, quoting tools and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with data center technologies (servers, storage, virtualization) is an advantage.
