About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, provides IT professionals with global technological solutions across servers, storage, networking, security and cloud services. As part of its growth, Arrow BSC is strengthening its team in Casablanca and is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who is fluent in German.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer, lead and sales activity data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate entry and organization.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, handling documentation and routine tasks.
- Manage vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
