Inside Sales Associate

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate fluent in Dutch to support a portfolio of valued customers. The role focuses on telephone‑based sales activities, helping clients locate and secure the right IT products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure pricing accuracy across all proposals.
• Proactively manage an assigned customer portfolio, driving sales and handling account administration.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives, supplier partners, engineers, and internal Arrow resources to deliver exemplary service.
• Identify new sales opportunities by working with buyers and engineers, providing technical support, data sheets, and purchase orders.
• Maintain order lifecycle – track shipments, manage backlogs, expedite orders, and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct competition analysis, research, and profiling to strategically grow market share.
• Provide after‑sales service to ensure timely product delivery.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree with 2–5 years of inside sales experience, or high‑school graduate with equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess problems, follow standard procedures, and make sound decisions.
