Installation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Installation Engineer to join our Engineering Management Department. The role focuses on the execution, commissioning, and acceptance of industrial equipment, piping systems, and instrumentation for new‑build and retrofit projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed installation plans based on design drawings and site conditions, defining equipment layout, piping routes, and installation approaches.
• Coordinate construction activities such as rigging and welding, supervise progress, quality, and compliance, and maintain execution records.
• Enforce industrial installation standards, supervise critical operations (welding, flange connections, sealing tests), and organize hydrostatic, pneumatic, and other testing activities.
• Inspect incoming equipment, piping, valves, and instrumentation, manage non‑conforming materials, and ensure full traceability.
• Resolve on‑site technical discrepancies, collaborate with engineering and process teams, and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Support final acceptance, commissioning, prepare as‑built documentation, and ensure proper handover to operations and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Process, Pipeline, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of industrial systems and mechanical installation principles.
• Internship or first‑hand experience in industrial installation, construction, or commissioning projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, P&ID diagrams, and piping isometrics.
• Knowledge of industrial installation standards.
• Familiarity with measuring tools.
