Interim Project Manager – Logistics (Automotive) – Morocco

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Interim Project Manager to lead a critical logistics turnaround for an automotive Tier‑1 supplier in Morocco. Acting as the Single Point of Contact, you will drive daily governance, steer the task‑force, manage escalations and ensure strict KPI compliance to stabilise and optimise logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Lead daily steering meetings, monitor progress and enforce governance standards.
• Manage escalations promptly and maintain transparent communication.
• Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement corrective actions to stabilise logistics and production flows.

Required profile

• Senior experience as a Logistics or Production Manager within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in crisis or turnaround situations for Tier‑1/OEM environments.
• Strong leadership with the ability to stabilise critical on‑site operations.
• Executive presence and ability to interact with senior management.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a strong advantage.
