Internal Communications Intern

About the role

A&K Advisors is seeking a motivated Internal Communications Intern to support its Strategic Communication unit. The role combines content creation, graphic design, video editing, and event support in a remote setting with occasional on‑site work in Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic desk research on sectors, donors, events and media; draft short texts, captions and post copy in English, French and Arabic.
• Design social‑media visuals, carousels, infographics, event banners and slides following brand guidelines; adapt templates for reports and LinkedIn posts.
• Edit short videos (reels, interview clips, event highlights) with subtitles and set up live streams and webinars using StreamYard.
• Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube; track engagement and prepare monthly performance summaries.
• Assist with logistics for in‑person and online events, including registration, photography, video capture and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in communication, journalism, marketing, design, multimedia or a related field.
• Creative, curious, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic (written and spoken); Darija is a plus.
