IT Delivery Financial Analyst

About the role

The IT Delivery Financial Analyst will support Cnexia tech's telecom projects by managing financial forecasts, accruals, and vendor billing. You will work closely with IT Delivery managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain financial forecasts versus actuals for all IT Delivery projects using PEATS and master spreadsheets.
• Execute daily and weekly SAP operations, including CADO reports and CN21/CN22 transactions.
• Calculate, validate, and post accruals in SAP to support month‑end and quarter‑end closes.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile vendor billing files and capacity reports using Ivalua and advanced Excel tools.
• Investigate financial discrepancies, trace root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Consolidate large financial datasets into clean master trackers for leadership.
• Generate ad‑hoc financial reports for IT Delivery managers and senior leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks in manual workflows and propose automation or streamlining solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in financial forecasting, accruals, and project finance.
• Strong experience navigating SAP for financial operations.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a forensic approach to data anomalies.
