We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to drive the attraction and selection of top talent, focusing on professionals in Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for strategic and specialized roles.
• Partner closely with Business Managers to understand recruitment requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Utilize recruitment tools and talent attraction strategies to source candidates effectively.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach to offer negotiation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within corporate or consulting environments.
• Strong expertise in talent attraction strategies and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of best recruitment practices and current labor market trends.
• Results‑driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
• Fluent in English and French.
