IT Service Management Specialist

About the role

Kronospan is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to support end‑users and production IT across its Settat site in Morocco. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, network and server environments while ensuring reliable service for both office and factory operations. The role combines hands‑on technical support with system administration and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level hardware and software support to all employees, manage user accounts and maintain PCs, printers, telephones and logistics scanners.
• Administer the warehouse Wi‑Fi, label printers, production‑floor IT equipment and integrate new devices into the factory network.
• Maintain server services including terminal servers, antivirus, business applications, backup systems, domain controller, DMS, file shares, email, print and virtualization infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance of network switches, configure Wi‑Fi access points, PCs, PLCs, rack PCs and IP cameras, and manage secure remote access for contractors.
• Document IT hardware inventory, support continuous improvement projects and contribute to new IT implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and systems/network administration.
• English proficiency at C1 level (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong ability to prioritize incidents, produce clear technical documentation and work proactively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
