IT Service Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Service Management Specialist to join our production site in Settat, Morocco. You will be responsible for delivering end‑user support, maintaining production‑floor IT equipment, and ensuring the reliability of our server and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support to all employees, manage user accounts and access rights.
• Maintain IT equipment such as PCs, printers, telephones, scanners and warehouse Wi‑Fi.
• Support production‑floor devices, label printers, and perform first‑level troubleshooting.
• Administer terminal servers, antivirus solutions, backup systems, domain controller, DMS, file shares, email and print services, virtualization and video‑surveillance platforms.
• Perform preventive maintenance on network switches, configure new Wi‑Fi access points, PCs, PLCs, rack PCs and IP cameras.
• Manage secure remote access for external contractors and ensure proper network cabling documentation.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and systems/network administration.
• English proficiency at C1 level (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to prioritize incidents, methodical documentation approach, self‑motivated and proactive.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
