IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

As the main point of contact for IT support at Communardo Experts Morocco, you will ensure colleagues have the right tools, systems, access, and hardware to work efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Group IT and contribute to a secure, reliable, and high‑performing digital workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for IT, system, software, access, and hardware requests.
• Prepare, configure, and maintain laptops and other workplace equipment.
• Support employee onboarding and off‑boarding from an IT perspective.
• Manage hardware inventory, procurement, replacements, and lifecycle planning.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, licenses, and access to internal systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365, Atlassian Cloud, Windows, Mac, and related technologies.
• Support Jira and Atlassian administration, including configuration and workflow management.
• Coordinate information‑security activities and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in IT support, workplace management, or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and access issues.
• Service‑minded, proactive, and focused on delivering a smooth digital workplace experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
