Java Technical Interviewer

About the role

We are seeking a Java Technical Interviewer to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will evaluate Java developer candidates, ensuring they possess the coding expertise and problem‑solving abilities required for our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews and assessments for Java developer positions, focusing on coding skills, algorithmic thinking, and core Java concepts.
• Work closely with recruiters to continuously improve interview questions and techniques in line with evolving role requirements and industry trends.
• Provide detailed feedback and hiring recommendations to hiring managers and HR partners.
• Stay current with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices to accurately assess candidate knowledge.
• Help design, document, and standardize interview processes and training materials for fellow interviewers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Java developer with deep knowledge of the Java ecosystem.
• Prior experience conducting technical interviews, mentoring, or teaching is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage interview situations effectively.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
