Junior Content Engineer (Remote)

About the role

HardLaunch is looking for a Junior Content Engineer to join its remote team. You will be the second set of eyes on a high‑volume automated content pipeline that publishes short‑form videos for major tech brands across hundreds of TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that scheduled posts are published correctly for every brand and account, and chase any missing items.
• Quality‑check content against brand guidelines before it is amplified, including hooks, captions, platform references, thumbnails and links.
• Monitor account health, removing flagged, restricted or inactive accounts from rotation.
• Triage failures in uploads, proxies or the engine, fixing what you can and escalating the rest promptly.
• Track daily view averages and post completion metrics, flagging brands that are under‑performing.
• Automate repetitive manual checks by creating scripts, alerts or dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a personal sense of responsibility for content quality.
• Ability to quickly identify why a video works or why it is unsuitable for a specific brand.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with daily cadence and weekend‑free operation.

Required skills

• Technical aptitude for building simple automation scripts or dashboards.
• Understanding of short‑form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and content guidelines.
