Junior Customer Support Specialist – Spanish/Italian

About the role

Join Paysera’s fast‑growing fintech team as a Junior Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for e‑commerce and financial service clients worldwide, providing advice and assistance in English and either Spanish or Italian.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company’s CRM system.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT to automate routine tasks and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish or Italian.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer‑service environment.
• Previous customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with AI tools like ChatGPT.
