Junior IT Project Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract: 12 Months)

About the role

BIA Group, active in the sale, rental and after-sales service of equipment for public works, mines, quarries and transport across Europe, Africa and Asia, is hiring a Junior IT Project Analyst on a fixed-term contract of 12 months. The analyst supports the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, documentation, training and post-deployment support, while coordinating with management, handling access management and monitoring tickets by priority.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in structured training to learn foundational SAP modules, Microsoft tools and best practices.
• Shadow consultants and senior consultants to troubleshoot end-user issues, test applications and analyse system performance, resolving problems promptly.
• Assist with project status reports, business requirement mapping and functional/technical documentation.
• Help extract, clean and upload master data into the system.
• Prepare training materials (videos and documents) and support end users during project implementation and system rollouts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English and French.
• Critical thinking, attention to accuracy and willingness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other emerging tools is mentioned as part of the learning path.
