Junior Lawyer – Banking & Finance (Casablanca)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to join our Casablanca office, supporting cross‑border, interdisciplinary teams on project financing, financial regulation, restructuring and market operations. The role offers exposure to high‑profile inbound and outbound transactions across Finance & Capital Markets, Projects and M&A/Private Equity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and documenting project finance and leveraged finance transactions.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with Moroccan and international financial regulations.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, loan agreements, and other financing documents.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and other practice groups to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support junior colleagues through mentorship on technical matters and high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in project finance or leveraged finance at a top‑tier international law firm.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and a track record advising French‑speaking clients.
• Strong commitment to client service and continuous professional development.
