Junior Payment Platform Developer – Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated junior professional to join our technical team as a Payment Platform Developer – Technical Support. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with fintech payment platforms, banking integrations, and client support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and resolve platform‑related issues.
• Assist clients with setup and configuration of their bank accounts on our platforms.
• Manage and monitor client bank account configurations throughout onboarding and activation.
• Identify technical problems and coordinate with the development team when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts and configurations.

Required profile

• Junior candidate with an educational background in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, Networks, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of web technologies and IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients.
• Good problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
