Junior SolidWorks 2D Designer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior SolidWorks 2D Designer to join our engineering team. You will turn 3‑D models into precise 2‑D drawings that support product development and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate detailed 2‑D drawings from existing SolidWorks 3‑D models.
• Prepare complete engineering drawings with dimensions, tolerances and technical annotations.
• Participate in design reviews and apply requested modifications.
• Verify that all drawings meet quality standards and technical specifications.
• Work closely with design, industrialisation and manufacturing engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Initial experience in CAD drafting or mechanical design, including internships.
• Good command of SolidWorks for both 3‑D modelling and 2‑D drawing creation.
• Familiarity with industrial drafting and engineering drawing standards.
• Knowledge of electromechanics or industrial systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
