About the role
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to develop, expand and manage a select portfolio of strategic customers. The role combines farming existing relationships with hunting new opportunities, using a structured Key Account Planning process to drive revenue across online and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement account management processes to achieve sales targets.
- Analyse customer demand, influence stakeholders and allocate resources to deliver services.
- Lead the account planning cycle, expand buying centers and identify new use cases.
- Provide product and service advice to the sales team and monitor market trends.
- Negotiate technical and commercial agreements at senior level and define service level agreements.
- Conduct profitability analyses (break‑even, contribution margin, linear programming, sensitivity analysis) to support business decisions.
- Develop and execute client loyalty strategies to secure future business.
- Collaborate with marketing and other functions to increase market penetration.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management or strategic sales.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and non‑financial data.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
Required skills
- Profitability analysis (break‑even, contribution margin, linear programming, sensitivity analysis).
