About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Learning & Development Manager, where you will design and deliver training programs that embody the brand’s hospitality values and enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver hotel training programs covering topics such as harassment‑free workplace, diversity, new‑team orientation, leadership and service.
• Conduct performance review meetings with department managers, trainers and team members to identify trends, develop action plans and recognize achievements.
• Assess existing initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions tailored to departmental needs.
• Track, maintain and audit individual training records using designated systems.
• Manage department‑specific programs including alcohol awareness, food safety, job‑skill checklists and educational assistance.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance and foster a positive work environment.
