Learning Delivery Manager (English Speaking)

About the role

Deloitte Extended Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deloitte France and an autonomous delivery centre in Casablanca, is looking for an English-speaking Learning Delivery Manager. Reporting to the DU EMEA project lead, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of offsite programmes, plan and allocate resources and support a high-quality experience for learners. The role sits within the Delivery Management function and leads a team of 10+ programme coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Offsite Delivery team and its programme allocation and performance, including onboarding and continuous upskilling.
• Lead the team across the full programme lifecycle, from pre-programme logistics to post-programme evaluation.
• Ensure consistent standards, process adoption and tool usage across DU EMEA programmes.
• Build strategic relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with Delivery Management and DU EMEA leads, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Drive efficiencies with the Delivery Management, Delivery Logistics and Faculty sub-function leads.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including leading teams.
• Experience in business, talent acquisition, programme coordination or a related field; experience planning timelines, owners, risks and deliverables.
• Experience delivering in a cross-cultural environment.
• Bachelor's degree in learning, business or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
