Learning Experience Designer

About the role

You will translate program blueprints into ready‑to‑deliver learning experiences using a modern AI‑powered toolset. The focus is on building interactive courses, role‑play scenarios, games, videos and job aids that help learners apply new skills quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop learning assets from approved ID Guide specifications, delivering on time and to quality standards.
• Create content pages, question sets and scenario scripts that are concise and learner‑focused.
• Design Agent Trainer scenarios with clear rubric criteria and build EasyGenerator courses using varied content blocks.
• Produce Prism interactive experiences with motion‑reduction support and brand alignment.
• Generate NotebookLM audio/video overviews and short Google Vids explainers within platform constraints.
• Write Bloom’s‑tagged learning objectives, design criterion‑referenced assessments, and provide feedback for every scored question.
• Contribute to ID Guides and Trainer Delivery Guides, perform QA checks, and flag compliance or design gaps.
• Collaborate directly with SMEs to gather, validate and update source content.

Required profile

• Regular, active team member of TELUS Digital Morocco with no active disciplinary sanctions.
• Ability to work quickly within constraints and distinguish between viable ideas and buildable solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EasyGenerator authoring tool.
• Experience building interactive experiences in Prism.
• Familiarity with NotebookLM for audio/video asset creation.
• Ability to produce short video explainers using Google Vids.
• Use of AI‑powered authoring tools for scenario and content generation.
