Legal Advisor (Morocco)

About the role

Axiom Advisory is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support to its clients operating in Morocco. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with local laws while aligning with European operational standards for technology, mobility, and logistics companies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze legal issues and draft clear, practical legal opinions.
• Prepare, review, and revise contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
• Advise on regulatory matters, labor and employment law, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, clients, and authorities.
• Attend client and authority meetings to represent legal interests.
• Monitor legislative changes that may affect client operations.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in law with ability to interpret Moroccan and relevant international frameworks.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage legal issues for business stakeholders.
• Specialization or solid experience in labor and employment law.
• University degree in law; bar admission or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience with tech, mobility, or logistics companies is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
