Legal & Claims Manager

About the role

CLASQUIN Maroc is seeking a Legal & Claims Manager to support the legal and claims functions of TIMAR and its subsidiaries. The role ensures robust legal compliance and effective handling of merchandise claims across Morocco and international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all legal aspects of TIMAR and its subsidiaries in Morocco and abroad.
• Handle merchandise claims and operational disputes, coordinating with internal legal teams, brokers, and clients.
• Review and track client and supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.
• Provide legal support on transport‑related matters, working with local counsel and the Group VP Legal Affairs.
• Oversee compliance programmes (anti‑corruption, data protection), including legal monitoring, process documentation, and training.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes in transport law, contract law, and compliance, and advise relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree with experience in transport or logistics law.
• Strong analytical abilities, autonomy, and rigorous attention to detail.
• High integrity, teamwork orientation, and transparent communication.
