About the role
As a Line Inspector at TE, you will work on a production line that manufactures molded components. You will ensure that each part meets quality standards while supporting efficient, safe, and sustainable operations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate molding machines and perform visual inspections of molded components.
- Conduct periodic quality inspections and tests, reporting findings to engineers and supervisors.
- Weigh, package, and prepare components for shipment, verifying specifications and creating appropriate packaging.
- Drive initiatives to improve plant productivity, reduce material waste, and lower costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment in compliance with health and safety policies.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or production role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
Required skills
- Experience operating molding machinery.
- Ability to perform visual quality inspections.
- Basic knowledge of packaging and weight verification processes.
