Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead, organise and control the entire material and goods flow from production output to final customer delivery. The role focuses on cost optimisation, timeline adherence and operational performance across transport, warehouse, customs and carrier relations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, audit and optimise all transport operations, integrating customer orders, route planning and cargo utilisation using Transporeon and internal TMS tools.
• Manage warehouse logistics, including goods location, storage system design, safety standards and WMS oversight.
• Prepare performance reports on transport reliability, delivery KPIs and logistics costs, providing data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate shift supervisors and loading teams to ensure time‑optimised loading and compliance with safety protocols.
• Negotiate freight contracts, benchmark carriers and manage short‑ and medium‑term agreements to meet budget targets.
• Handle customs formalities end‑to‑end, ensuring full regulatory compliance for import and export flows.
• Review and approve shipping invoices, ensuring proper workflow before forwarding to relevant departments.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in logistics, transport management or supply chain within an industrial environment.
• English at B2 level (working language for group reporting); Spanish is a plus.
