Import Export Specialist

About the role

The Import Export Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Settat, managing the complete lifecycle of international shipments for Seoil Morocco. The role ensures smooth coordination of import and export activities, compliance with customs and trade regulations, and effective communication with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file import and export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, suppliers and customers to track shipments and resolve clearance issues.
• Monitor delivery timelines, optimize logistics costs and update internal teams on shipment status.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to verify duties, taxes and transportation charges.
• Maintain accurate records in internal ERP or logistics management systems.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of import and export procedures, customs brokerage and related regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of international trade principles, Incoterms and global logistics practices.
• Attention to detail with excellent documentation and data‑entry skills.
• Effective communication abilities for interaction with internal teams, external partners and regulatory authorities.
• Relevant education in logistics, international trade, business or a related field; certifications in trade or customs are a plus.
• Previous experience in import/export or logistics, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Settat and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
