Lounge Supervisor - Premium Lounge Operations

About the role

Aspire Executive Lounges, part of Swissport, is looking for a Lounge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its Premium Lounge and fast-track operations. The role ensures a 5-star experience for all guests, manages staff and maintains the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the lounge running smoothly at a 5-star service level and manage third-party vendors for catering and cleaning, including food and consumable orders
• Maintain cleanliness and the proper functioning of all amenities, and enforce standard operating procedures
• Monitor the local cash register at the station
• Provide personalized service, handle guest inquiries and complaints, analyse customer feedback and foster a customer-centric culture
• Lead, coach and train the fast-track and lounge team, manage schedules, attendance and overtime, and conduct performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety and airline SOPs, keep accurate records and complete monthly reports
• Build positive relationships with airport stakeholders and encourage continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality
• At least 3 years of experience
• Proven supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing hospitality setting such as a premium lounge, hotel or restaurant
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Spoken and written English at a high level, as it is the corporate language
