Machinist I

About the role
We are looking for a Machinist I to operate and maintain standard machines and tools in our manufacturing environment, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain standard machines and tools used in manufacturing processes.
- Manage and schedule preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, identify root causes, and coordinate repairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment in compliance with health and safety policies.
- Interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery, addressing equipment failures promptly.
- Perform routine component installations and maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage, repair history, reliability, and related factors.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of related work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
