Maintenance Manager

About the role

Martur Fompak International, a manufacturer of seating systems, vehicle interiors and automotive textiles, is looking for a Maintenance Manager. The role leads maintenance across the site's production areas, drives equipment reliability and supports continuous improvement, in a multicultural automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the site's maintenance strategy, lead maintenance teams and establish standards, procedures and best practices.
• Drive a culture of safety, reliability, accountability and continuous improvement, including workforce planning, skills development and succession planning.
• Ensure maximum availability of metal stamping and forming lines, robotic welding cells, automated assembly systems, foam production equipment, headrest sewing machines, injection molding machines, material handling systems and utilities.
• Support process optimization, equipment modernization, energy efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance of LCs (Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley), industrial networks, robotic systems (ABB, FANUC, KUKA), HMI and SCADA, vision and automated inspection systems, and promote predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0.
• Lead root cause analysis of major breakdowns, manage improvement projects and capital investments, and drive TPM and Lean Maintenance.
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, control spare parts inventory and supplier performance, and manage service contracts and external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements, quality and customer standards, and support customer, certification and regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, with proven experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Strong experience in metal manufacturing, welding technologies, robotics and industrial automation, injection molding, and preventive and predictive maintenance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems and maintenance KPI management.
